GENDER ISSUES

The FBF understands the challenges young women face day-to-day.  As part of our core values, we promote the equality of females in all activities in the FBF.  We work not only with young women to impress upon them their rights to equal access and treatment but we also work with young men to educate them on their responsibilities and duties to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the FBF core values. 

While we re-enforce the importance and impact of equal relationships on a daily basis, gender equality is a distinct part of our life-skills programme.  

We award financial prizes to two extraordinary young FBF leaders to encourage our female members to excell.
