ADMINISTRATION
The Field Band Foundation (FBF) is registered as a Section 21 Company (not for profit) (registration number 1997/002009/08) and administered by a Board of Directors. The Board appoints the CEO. The FBF is also registered as a Public Benefit Organisation, Section 18 A and therefore donations may be tax deductible for donors in South Africa.
KPMG, Johannesburg, is the auditors of the Field Band Foundation. Audited statements are available on request.
